Bitsfront Inc. is committed to making our website usable by everyone, including people who use assistive technologies. We treat accessibility as part of building the site well, not as something bolted on afterward.

Conformance Status

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA.

Our website is currently partially conformant with that standard. "Partially conformant" means most of the site meets the guidelines, but some content or components do not yet fully meet them. We are working through the gaps.

What We Do

• We build with semantic HTML so screen readers and other assistive technologies can interpret the page structure.
• We make sure the site can be navigated by keyboard alone, with a visible focus indicator.
• We check that text and interactive elements meet minimum color contrast requirements.
• We provide text alternatives for images that carry meaning.
• We label form fields and controls so their purpose is clear without relying on visual layout.
• We respect operating system settings for reduced motion.

How We Assess

We evaluate the site ourselves, combining automated testing tools with manual checks, including keyboard-only navigation and screen reader review. We have not commissioned a formal third-party audit. We re-check the site when we make significant changes to it.

Known Limitations

Some parts of the site may not yet be fully accessible:

• Content, embeds, or widgets supplied by third parties are outside our direct control, though we choose providers with accessibility in mind where we can.
• Documents such as PDFs published before this statement may not be fully tagged for screen readers. Ask us and we will provide the content in an accessible format.

Feedback

If you encounter an accessibility barrier on our website, email [email protected]. Tell us the page you were on, what you were trying to do, and what got in the way, and include the browser and assistive technology you were using if you know them.

We aim to respond within five business days. Where a fix will take longer, we will tell you what we are doing and offer another way to get the information or complete the task.

Ongoing Work

Accessibility is not a one-time project. We review the site as it changes, act on the feedback we receive, and update this statement as our conformance improves.
